cooler an nutritious

I have a magic bullet but you can use a blender or food processor for this too. Also all measurements are approximate you can add or decrease as you want
1/2 a cup of FROZEN fruit (I like peach, banana, orange and pineapple together)
a couple of tablespoons of yogurt (optional if you have a dairy problem)
(I also like to add a couple of tsps of slimfast or protein powder to make it like the Orange Julius drinks)
A 1/2 - 1 cup of ice cold water
ice if you have it
blend this up and pour into a glass if you don't have a magic bullet
You can make this as thick or as thin as you want.
If you make it thick enough to need a spoon its almost like ice cream (in order to make it thicker add more FROZEN fruit).

amen to the ''majic bullet'' as u call it. i make one very similar to it each day when i get up- it holds me usually thru out the whole day. i freeze my peeled banana's an put them in baggies so easy to add to any other fruit i like along with milk/ juice. good to start off with a feel u up smoothie thats good for u an no guilt. good post!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
