Day 24 - May 16

The Word Shall Not Return Void

Scripture: “…So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 54:11 (Amp.)
Prayer Points:
• Pray that we as believers would have a fresh revelation of the power of God’s word as it is released from our mouths in prayer.
• Pray for us to be led by the Spirit of God in our witnessing, having our ears attuned to Him, not hesitation in speaking the word boldly, from hearts filled with His compassion and love.
• Pray that as His word is released both in prayer and in witnessing, that we will see its life-transforming power at work in the lives of those across our nation who do not yet know Him.

Living and Holy Sacrifice

Scripture:
"I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice-the kind he will accept" (Romans 12:1 NLT)

Prayer Points:
• Pray that the "Fear of the Lord" which is the beginning of wisdom will be implanted deeply into the hearts of believers so that they can live and be as God has intended.
• Pray for surrender to the Father as believers come to recognize that a transformation in our nation begins with transformations in our own hearts.
